Refund Policy

Credit packs

You can get a full refund for a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not used any purchased credits since that purchase. After a refund, the credits from that pack are removed from your account.

Plans

You can cancel a plan at any time from your account. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew.

Payments for a plan period that has already started are not refunded, and credits already used are not refundable.

Failed creations

If a recording or video does not come through, its credits go straight back to your balance. No request is needed.

Free credits

Daily free credits and welcome gifts have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, tell us and we will put it right.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@makearap.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the purchase. Approved refunds are issued through our payment partner Waffo to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
